یکی از چیزهایی که از سالها پیش همواره بهش علاقه داشتم مدیریته .در مورد مدیریت کتابهای زیادی نوشته شده و روشها و متدهای زیادی ارائه شده .یادمه ترم پیش که درس مدیریت داشتیم کلی در مورد علم یا هنر بودن مدیریت بحث کردیم و در اخر هم نتیجه روشنی نگرفتیم .مدیران بواسطه اینه تو راس هرم هستن تاثیرات شگرفی در موسسات و کارخانجات میذارن و حتی بعضی اوقات تاثیراتشون از سطح شرکت فراتر رفته و در تمام کشور و حتی جهان سایه میندازه .مثل تاثیری که فورد در تولید خودرو گذاشت .مطالعه زندگی مدیران موفق آدم رو به سمت این نتیجه گیری سوق میده که : بخشی از موفقیت اونها به سبب داشتن یه سری خصوصیات اخلاقی خاص بوده .در گذشته نقش روانشناسی در مدیریت چندان جدی گرفته نمیشد ولی الان شاید به نوعی داشتن روحیه مدیریت به نوعی پیش نیازی برای این حرفه به حساب میاد.شما شاغل هستین؟آیا تا به حال با یه مدیر موفق کار کردین؟اگر خودتون مدیر بودین چه میکردین؟

Dogs do not play games with you, except fetch (and they never laugh at how you throw).
You can train a dog.
Dogs are easy to buy for.
The worst social disease you can get from dogs is fleas (OK, really, the worst disease you can get from them is rabies, but there's a vaccine for it and you can kill the one that gives it to you).
Dogs understand what "no" means.
Dogs mean it when they kiss you.
